GET TO KNOW ME!

My names Bethany, a year one student studying Fashion Communication and Promotion (FCP) at Norwich University of The Arts. With an interest in art, photography and graphic design I hope to work in publications in the future either as a fashion photographer or as part of an editorial team.

 

In the past I was a part of my college’s student ran newspaper ‘The Heathfield Vine’. Whilst being at university I have continued obtaining valuable experience in the specialism in which I hope to work for and I am currently part of the editorial team for Norwich University of The Arts student ran publication ‘Storehouse’.

 

On this website I have displayed a number of blog posts as part of my BA1a project into Fashion Contexts. These blog posts are in response to an exhibition, Vice Chancellor lecture talk and Industry guest lecture talk. Alongside a post exploring the historical context of Vivienne Westwood's corsetry and a reflective learning summery.

This website also displays a series of blog posts created for my BA1b Fashion Industry Awareness project. These blogs focus on the exploration of potential career paths post-graduation and include Q&A's with creatives within the industry, research based blogs and content created in response to Industry guest lecture talks alongside a reflective learning summery.
